How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since our custom pieces are handcrafted in our studio, please allow 3-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer professional jewellery cleaning and repairs?
Yes, our in-house studio provides expert cleaning, stone tightening, and repair services for both Made You Look pieces and external heirlooms.
What is your return policy on earrings?
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale. Other non-custom jewellery can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.
Can I book a consultation for a bespoke engagement ring?
Absolutely. You can schedule a one-on-one consultation with our designers through our website to begin the process of selecting stones and designing your unique setting.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
