At Made You Look, we want you to love your unique piece of jewellery as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for exchange or store credit on all unworn, ready-to-wear items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition and securely pack it in the original branded box with all certifications included.

• 3.
  Shipping or Drop-off

  Send your package back to our Toronto studio via a tracked shipping method or visit our storefront in person for a faster processing experience.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our master goldsmiths verify the item's condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange for a new designer piece.
